Washington Middle School Academy for the Arts and Sciences (5-6)

Washington Middle School Academy for the Arts and Sciences promotes learning through integrating science and art into the core curriculum.  Through our rotational elective period, every student participates in a "hands-on"Science Explorations Lab.

This is in addition to the regular science class.  Our rotation schedule also allows each child to participate in mini-art and mini-music.  Each of the programs on our rotation schedule lasts for one nine-week grading period.

Students at Washington Arts and Science Academy get to choose from a host of electives.  These include dance, drama, orchestra, choir, art, digital media, engineering lab,  foreign language and more. 

Through these course offerings, we are able to provide our students with an enriched and exciting educational experience.
