• Applications must be postmarked by February 18, 2010. They should be typed or computer generated.
• Please enclose a recent color photograph suitable for use in publications and publicity.
• Applicants will be notified of the Selection Committee’s decision no later than February 19, 2010.


PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Participants are required to attend at least 80% of the program sessions. Sessions are scheduled from 8 a.m. until 1
p.m. in the Charles H. Murphy, Jr. Boardroom at the El Dorado Chamber of Commerce, unless otherwise
announced. Classes are set for: February 25, March 4 & 18, April 1, 15 & 29 and May 13 & 27.
