Tyrone Flowers is loyal to a cause most people choose to ignore.  His cause is helping high-risk urban youth, who turn to a life of crime and commonly end up in the juvenile system, turn their lives around.  Flowers has devoted his life to troubled youth, many of whom would end up facing a life of crime and jail if it was not for his intervention.  His organization, High M-Pact, engages in the lives of high-risk youth, and the communities in which they live by providing positive guidance and creating mentoring relationships.  Higher M-Pact programs are aimed at changing the head, heart and habits of these youth to ignite a spark and invoke the leadership skills within them.  You can play a role in their success.
