Join us for a weekly, seated exercise program for body and mind. Ageless Grace is easy to learn and is designed to be performed in a chair. This class will meet Monday-Friday, except on June 4 and 5 due to a prior engagement. This is a hybrid class: it is being offered live in our office and live on Zoom.
Ageless Grace focuses on: joint mobility, spinal flexibility, coordination, bone density, cognitive function and balance. Come have fun with us either in our office or stay home in your comfortable clothes to participate right from your favorite room in the house. Come alone or bring friends.
