DESCRIPTION:This is an exciting opportunity for young artists to showcase their talents and potentially win cash prizes. Open to students in grades K-12\, this year’s competition promises to inspire creativity and celebrate the artistry of our local and regional youth. \nArtists will have the opportunity to compete for cash prizes in several categories. A Best of Show award\, valued at $100\, will be selected from all entries. Each grade division will also feature its own prize structure\, awarding $50 for 1st place\, $25 for 2nd place\, and $15 for 3rd place. \nLocal artists and retired art teachers\, Dinah Van Hook and Janice Hughes\, will judge the competition.
