SUMMARY:SAAC: Viewfinder Competition
DESCRIPTION:The South Arkansas Arts Center will welcome celebrated documentary and architectural photographer Philip Gould\, of Lafayette\, Louisiana\, as the judge for this year’s “Viewfinder” photography competition. Sponsored by The El Dorado Insider and The Diamond Agency\, the exhibition will be on display in SAAC’s Price and Merkle Galleries February 2–February 27\, 2026\, with an entry deadline of January 27. \nSubmissions are due Tuesday\, January 27\, and the exhibition will be open to the public from Monday\, February 2 through Friday\, February 27. A public reception and awards announcement will take place on Thursday\, February 12\, from 5:30 to 7:00pm.

SUMMARY:TOUCH Coalition Monthly Meeting
DESCRIPTION:On the first Tuesday of each month the TOUCH Coalition has it’s regular meetings.  We have networking from 11:30 am-12 pm\, and the meeting from  12-1 pm.  As the Union County Health Coalition\, our goal is to help improve the overall health and quality of life in our community by promoting health initiatives\, awareness\, education and community partnerships.  We have guest speakers each month to provide information and education to our members concerning important topics.  Our meetings are open to the public.
