SUMMARY:Junior Golf Camp w/ KidsNGolf
DESCRIPTION:  \nKidsNGolf announces their 2023 El Dorado Junior Golf Camp for Union County boys and girls held at the Lions Club Golf Course\, 9:00am. to noon\, Monday through Thursday mornings\, June 12 – 15\, 2023.  Golf instruction tailored to individual age and skill levels is provided for boys and girls ages 8 to 14.  Leading the instruction will be the coaches and staff from KidsNGolf.  Cost for this junior golf camp is $50. \n“Since 2014 this has been an annual community event and is such a great way for kids to start their summer\,” said Art Noyes Executive Director of KidsNGolf.  “Golf camp lets us introduce the game of golf to many young people who have never been on a golf course before.” \nTo ensure adequate student-to-coach ratios\, the golf camp can accommodate only the first 30 young people who sign-up.  Mornings are divided into 45-minute instruction segments with coaches assigned to groups of students based on proficiency levels. Each day there will also be the very important time set aside to discuss the life skills and values that are inherent in the game of golf and important in life.  Mornings will end with lunch on the front clubhouse patio.  . \nOn Thursday\, awards are given to recognize players’ efforts\, conduct and improvement throughout the week.
