Under general supervision, this position reports directly to the Dean of Enrollment Management. The role is integral to supporting the daily operations of the Financial Aid Office. Responsibilities include assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of policies and procedures that govern the office's activities and services, ensuring compliance and efficiency in the administration of financial aid programs. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.
Salary: Annual salary of $42,000. Plus, excellent benefit package. This is an exempt position.

Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in general business or related field and at least two years of Higher Education Financial Aid Office experience.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in general business or related field and at least two years of Higher Education Financial Aid Office experience. Knowledge of the PowerFAIDS financial aid management system and the Jenzabar student information system. Knowledge of Title IV Regulations and Arkansas state regulations related to financial aid. Experience with veteran services and or VA education benefits.
Physical Requirements:
Extensive computer usage. Long periods of sitting. Minimal lifting on occasion. Occasional local, state, regional and or national travel. Occasional overtime or flexible work hours.
