Job Description

TCW, an Arkansas-based provider of fiber internet service to homes and businesses, is seeking an experienced, reliable, and proactive Office Manager to join our South Arkansas office in El Dorado. This role is vital to maintaining smooth operations within our office by overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, managing inventory, supporting customer interactions, and ensuring that all office needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to multitask, a customer-first attitude, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Operations:
    • Ensure that the office is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.
    • Provide clerical and operational support to other staff members as needed.
    • Help organize meetings, events, and other office activities.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Receive, process, and maintain accurate inventory records for equipment and supplies to install and support customers.
    • Coordinate inventory ordering with headquarters, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
    • Ensure proper storage and organization of products for easy access.
  • Customer Service & Support:
    • Create a welcoming environment for all visitors and customers.
    • Assist walk-in customers as needed with sales, payments, inquiries, and general support.
    • Resolve customer issues or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, involving other team members as required.
    • Ensure the office operates with excellent customer service standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Experience in inventory management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and payment processing is a plus.
  • Associate’s degree or higher preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as required.
  • Located at our South Arkansas office in El Dorado.
