Job Summary: This position reports to the Testing Center Coordinator and works on an as-needed basis to support the daily operations of the Testing Center. The role assists with scheduling and administering a variety of exams, including placement, standardized, make-up, and certification or licensure tests, while ensuring compliance with testing guidelines, accreditation standards, and institutional policies. Responsibilities include maintaining test security and confidentiality, ensuring optimal testing conditions, and delivering excellent customer service to students, faculty, and community members. The position may also proctor classroom exams for instructors and oversee Testing Center operations in the absence of the coordinator. This position is governed by state and federal laws and institution policy.
Compensation: $11 per hour.
