Job Description
The Diamond Agency, an advertising, marketing and publishing firm, is looking for a person to manage social media and digital marketing. This is an ideal position for someone to create content on Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms. This position is located in El Dorado.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Work with the team to plan and manage an online marketing plan.
- Collaborate with the magazine publisher and editorial team related to quarterly and annual guides.
- Coordinate photography and video including recruiting talent.
- Manage online distribution of bi-monthly online newsletter, and other digital communications.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent or 1 to 3 years’ experience.
- Copywriting, editing and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, email marketing services and web platforms like WordPress
- Strong organization and time management skills with strict attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Compensation and Benefits:
- This position requires 20 to 32 hours per week primarily onsite.
- Pay is commensurate with experience.
- Paid holiday, vacation and sick days.
Calls and walk-ins not accepted.
