The Chamber provides one regularly-scheduled monthly networking event: Business After Hours
Business After Hours is a monthly networking event hosted by a different Chamber member on the third Tuesday of each month from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. The host business gets an opportunity to showcase their business by welcoming dozens of visitors. Attendees get the opportunity to meet other area professionals in a relaxed, casual environment. The cost to attend Business After Hours is $5 and a Business Card.

The El Dorado News-Times traces its origin back to the El Dorado Times, first published in 1889 and today serves all of Union County. The El Dorado News-Times is one in a group of five newspapers in the Palmer Newspaper Group. The group consists of the Texarkana Gazette, The Sentinel Record (Hot Springs), Camden News and The Banner-News (Magnolia). The parent company is WEHCO Media in Little Rock, AR. The News-Times employs 50 full time and 9 part-time employees.
