SouthArk Community Education Presents Relaxation Yoga. This 4-class Series is Just In Time For Relieving Your Holiday Stress! Join Yoga Instructor, Amy Ulmer, in these 4 classes as she teaches you relaxation techniques to relieve stress and reduce anxiety, helping you feel relaxed and peaceful. This class series is designed to help all levels, ages, and body types. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a Yoga Mat if you have one, if you do not have a Mat then one will be provided to you for in-class use. DECEMBER 2020 DATES – Tuesdays & Thursdays: 12/01, 12/03, 12/08, 12/10. TIME: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM. COST: $30.00 includes all 4 classes. LOCATION: SouthArk Center For Workforce Development, 3696 E.
