South Arkansas Children’s Coalition will be having its 2nd Annual Blue Tie Affair on March 7, 2020 at the El Dorado Conference Center. The night will include dinner, a silent auction, and special guest speaker Josie Graves. Join us in our mission to stop the cycle of abuse and its devastating effects on children and families.
