Join the South Arkansas Symphony for a special presentation of music composed by Kermit Poling for a Halloween fun night. Our West Edge Quartet will be performing. At a carnival in Germany, friends encounter the crazed Dr Caligari. They see Calgari showing a hypnotized man who the doctor claims can see into the future. Shockingly, a prediction of death, and by morning this chilling prophecy has come true. Who is the prime suspect and is Dr. Caligari controlling him?
