The World’s Shortest Mardi Gras Parade will start at 2:23 pm at the corner of North Jefferson Avenue and East Elm Street. Beads and candy will soar through the air as the crowd erupts in cheers. The parade will end at the corner of North Washington Avenue and East Elm Street.
