Job Description

The position will be responsible for generating New Business premium & policies for the agency.

  1. Explaining and position appropriate policies for prospective clients that come into the agency.
  2. Executing the sales system as outlined by the agency. The position will be held accountable for the following items:
  3. Effective Execution of Agency Sales System
  4. Base Production Numbers
  5. 90 Day Retention of all New Business
  6. Adherence to Compliance & Underwriting Procedures
  7. Upholding Agency New Business Standards
Position Function
  1. Responsible for actively soliciting and following up with prospective clients.
  2. Responsible for same day turn around of all prospective quotes.
  3. Responsible for understanding all company underwriting guidelines and procedures
  4. Responsible for increasing capacity on a monthly basis with respect to quoting and follow-up volume
  5. Responsible for generating referrals actively outside of the agencies marketing systems

Job Requirements

Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: Insurance: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: Property and Casualty Insurance License (Required) Work Location: In person
