The Entrepreneurial Law Project is back on the road this fall, providing free legal resources to founders across the state. Here’s how a checkup works: an entrepreneur gets a free 30-minute session with one or more pro bono attorneys and can ask whatever business law questions are on their mind — entity formation, contracts, tax, employment, all the things that tend to sit on the back burner.
