Join Caroline Callaway and Chelsey Turner with SouthArk Community Ed and the Mahony Family Library for a three-day Canva Crash Course!
The course will be held May 20 – 22 from 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM each day and consist of three sessions:
Session 1: Canva Basics (May 20)
Get started with Canva! In this session, we’ll walk you through creating a Canva account, exploring its primary features, and navigating the platform. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to brush up on the basics, this session will set you up for success!
Session 2: Design Principles & Advanced Features (May 21)
Take your designs to the next level! Learn the key principles of design and how to apply them in Canva. We’ll dive into more advanced features, including layers, effects, and typography tools, to help you create professional-quality designs.
Session 3: Hands-On Design Workshop (May 22)
Put your new skills to the test! In this interactive session, you’ll create your own designs using the tools and techniques learned in the first two sessions. Get personalized feedback as you experiment with advanced features and build your creative projects.
