$60Frank Echavarria, SouthArk Auto Mechanic Instructor, has designed this three-class series for anyone wanting to learn how to: check tire pressure and change a flast tire, use jumper cables to jump start a car, check and change fluids including oil and filter, change fuses, recognize and understand warning lights, and other car care skills.
