About the Artist: Matt Coburn, an Arkansas native from Bentonville, Matt is an established impressionistic oil painter. His dramatic style of broad strokes combined with use of light and color, creates a strong sense of visual pleasure. A chance trip to Eureka Springs sparked his passion for painting. Years later, Matt’s commissioned artwork hangs throughout America and as far as New Zealand in homes, corporations — even behind the Arkansas Governor’s desk. Matt also painted the large American flag that adorns the lobby of Simmons Bank in El Dorado. Located in the heart of downtown Bentonville, AR exists an exceptionally unique gallery – ‘Art on the Square’ – is coming to MuleKick@MAD with art on display from 6 of its artists!
