Oktoberfest Chef’s Table w/ Great Raft Brewery

$100Break out your lederhosen and dirndl! It’s Oktoberfest time. We’ll have a little polka music, some brats and stone ground mustard and that’s just the appetizer! Great Raft Brewing will be here to tell us about the traditions, myths and facts surrounding this German festival. In addition to their Oktoberfest beer they will bring three other beers from the brewery to pair with our German meal. Currently we are looking to prepare Schweinshaxe, Käsespätzle, Reiberdatschi for the meal and Authentic Bienenstich Kuchen for dessert – but it could change a wee bit.
Come help us honor this over 200 year old German tradition. We will fall a little short of the 6.9 million liters of beer they serve – but we’ll have plenty!
