Those who love the outdoors are invited to the 24th Annual SouthArk Outdoor Expo, hosted by the South Arkansas Community College Foundation on Saturday, September 9, 2023, from 9:00-4:00 p.m., at the El Dorado Conference Center.
Contests include the 5K run/walk, rib cook-off, student art contest with cash prizes, and an auto show. Live music will be performing throughout the day. A full day of hands-on activities and exhibits for outdoor enthusiasts, families, and children will take place. Plus, a chainsaw wood carving demonstration, target shooting, archery, Kids World, craft vendors, food trucks and so much more! Proceeds of this event benefit educational opportunities for SouthArk students.
Admission is 1 canned or packaged food item per person, which will be given to a local food pantry.
