This will be a virtual guest presentation from Dr. Bob Wettemann, a professor in the Department of History at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. One of his new classes examines American regional identity through the lens of – you guessed it – barbeque! Dr. Wettemann will be appearing via videoconference to provide a snapshot of this unique and fascinating – not to mention delicious – history. Don’t miss it!
