Join us every Monday and Wednesday for yoga at the SouthArk Library from 12:30 to 1 pm. Classes are free, open to the public, and for all bodies. Please bring your own mat. On Mondays, we also do a walking meditation from 12-12:30 before yoga. If weather does not permit, we will have seated meditation inside the library.
