Alzheimer’s/Dementia Experience: Take a Walk in Their Shoes is a program simulating symptoms of dementia. Designed to have others see, feel, and hear the experiences of someone living with dementia through a virtual reality format.
Join us each Monday and Wednesday @ 3:30 PM- 4:30 PM for an exercise program that can decrease your overall risk of falling while it helps you improve balance, stability, posture, strength and decrease the risk of falls.
