Basic Fitness Nutrition Class

This will be an in depth, two night class where you will learn about what types of nutrition is best for your fitness needs. It will cover multiple lifestyles such as: low glycemic (diabetic), vegan/vegetarian, pescatarian, high protein, carnivore, low carb, keto, paleo. You will also receive a personalize nutrition plan.
