🐾 Blessing of the Animals at First UMC El Dorado
Join us for a joyful celebration of all God’s creatures at our Blessing of the Animals on Sunday, October 19, from 4:00–5:00 p.m. (come and go) on the lawn in front of the Sanctuary at First United Methodist Church of El Dorado (201 S. Hill Ave).
Bring your beloved pets—whether they walk, fly, hop, or crawl—to receive a special blessing! All pets should be leashed or crated for safety, but if your furry (or feathered) friend can’t join in person, you’re welcome to bring a photo instead.
Representatives from UCAPS (Union County Animal Protection Society) will also be present with adoptable animals and will be collecting donations of animals food to support their work in our community.
Come share in this fun, family-friendly afternoon as we give thanks for the animals who bring love, comfort, and joy into our lives!
