FreeThe South Arkansas Symphony Orchestra will be performing at Main Street’s Summer on the Square on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 7:00 pm. This is a free event, and we welcome everyone to join us on the Square to enjoy the music of Wicked, Frozen, Americano, and Classical Overtures, featuring Mr. Aiden Poling, tenor, and Ms. Maddison Gilcrease, soprano.
The South Arkansas Symphony Orchestra, founded in 1956, is the oldest, longest-standing professional orchestra in the state. The Symphony is a musical leader widely recognized for the quality of musical performances and programs, its significant contributions to the civic and cultural life of the community, the impact of its role in education, and development of a broad and diverse audience.
